General Information/Instructions
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. The application form is available for download on the University of Sargodha website at www.su.edu.pk. Candidates must complete the application form and submit it along with a comprehensive C.V. and attested copies of their credentials.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs should be attached to each application.

Candidates with foreign degrees are required to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- Applications must include the original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form as a processing fee (non-refundable) deposited under the Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. The fee is Rs. 3000/- for Professor & Associate Professor positions, Rs. 2000/- for Assistant Professor positions, and Rs. 1500/- for Lecturer positions.
Applicants who are currently employed by a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must submit their applications through the proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
- Applications received after the deadline will not be considered, even if they were posted before the closing date.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

If any information provided by a candidate is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified, and appropriate action will be taken according to the Rules.
- This hiring is initially for one semester and may be extended based on performance and requirement for the next semester (up to a maximum of one academic year). However, the appointment may be terminated at any time on the recommendation of the concerned Chairperson.
- Payment will be made on a per-hour basis at rates approved by the University, according to the rules.
- The University retains the right to adjust the number of positions based on departmental requirements and reserves the right to not fill or to withdraw any post, or to withhold the appointment for any advertised position without providing a reason.
