Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in company secretarial work, preferably in a company secretary office.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and report writing skills are essential.

Vacant Positions:

  1. Section In-charge – Board Committees Wings (OG-II/OG-I):

    • Education: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in company secretarial work.
    • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

     Main Duties:

  1. Arrange and coordinate Board Committee meetings.
  2. Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  3. Ensure the proper maintenance of confidential documents and records.
  4. Assist in preparing reports and managing communication with Board members.

    2.Staff Officer – Board Committees Wings (OG-II):

    • Education: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in company secretarial work.
    • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent report writing, and communication skills.

    Main Duties:

  • Support the Section Charge in organizing Board Committee meetings.
  • Handle documentation, including the preparation of meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain and update records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

3. Support Officer – Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)

  • Education: Minimum graduation or equivalent, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit management or related banking roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

  Main Duties:

  • Works closely with the department head to manage credit committee memos, assist in reviewing and updating documents, and coordinate with various teams.
  • Focuses on preparing agendas, writing minutes, and maintaining records related to credit proposals.

Assessment Test / Interview Details

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for tests or interviews. The selection process will include panel interviews, and candidates will be assessed based on the eligibility criteria outlined.
  •  Applications will be considered on merit, and no TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview process.
