Please review the “Important Instructions” regarding the application fee, written test, and interview process on the PPSC website at www.ppsc.gop.pk before applying online.
Employees of the Federal Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal or Provincial Government, as well as Local Bodies, are not eligible for age concessions for the duration of their service in these organizations.
If a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the required qualification, they must provide an equivalence certificate from the Competent Authority at the time of the interview. Failure to submit this certificate will result in the cancellation of their application.
For candidates claiming experience with a private firm/entity, they must provide proof at the interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another relevant Regulatory Authority.
Candidates must obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC from their respective departments after applying for a post and provide it at the time of the interview if called.
Candidates must ensure that they have applied for or obtained registration with PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PCP or other relevant bodies for a Registration Certificate on or before the closing date and present it at the interview if called.
Candidates must provide marks obtained, total marks, or percentage certificates for all degrees at the time of the interview. CGPA is not acceptable.

If required, the Shorthand Test and Typing Proficiency Test will be conducted only in Lahore.
In case of a variation (increase/decrease) in the number of posts by the concerned Department, no new applications will be invited.
