Medical Teaching Institution Medical Complex Jobs is seeking qualified candidates for senior-level roles. These positions come with a five-year contract, renewable based on performance and adherence to the MTI Act and its regulations. Successful candidates will report directly to the Board of Governors.

Available Positions

1. Medical DirectorResponsibilities:
   • Oversee clinical functions and patient management
   • Implement quality control measures
   • Develop and assess clinical programs
   • Participate in the Institutional Management Committee (MC) to enhance institutional performance and streamline processes
   • Authorize payments according to an established authority matrix

   Qualifications & Experience:

   • A recognized Medical Degree
   • Minimum of seven years of management or administrative experience in a senior role within a health institution
   • At least three years of clinical experience in a major teaching hospital
2. Hospital DirectorResponsibilities:
   • Manage non-clinical operations including HR, administration, maintenance, and ancillary services
   • Develop business plans and oversee hospital budget
   • Serve on the Institutional Management Committee (MC)

   Qualifications & Experience:

   • A recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field
   • Medical degree holders with additional management qualifications and experience will also be considered
   • At least seven years of experience in a senior management role in a major teaching hospital or similar organization
3. Nursing DirectorResponsibilities:
   • Oversee all nursing functions
   • Manage the training and performance standards for nursing staff
   • Join the Institutional Management Committee (MC)

   Qualifications & Experience:

   • Registered Nurse (RN) with a BScN Degree; MSCN preferred
   • At least seven years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
   • Valid registration with the Nursing Council
