Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization Jobs is hiring Project Directors for ongoing and upcoming hydropower projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The PEDO jobs are contract-based positions that will last until the completion of the project.

Available Positions:

• Project Director (BPS-20): 300 MW Balakot Hydropower Project (1 position)
• Project Director (BPS-19): 69 MW Lawi Hydropower Project and 17 MW Ranolia Rehabilitation Hydropower Project (2 positions)
•  Applicants must have a second-class Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Civil, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering, project management, and implementation is required, including three years in a senior management role (BPS-19 or equivalent level) in hydropower projects. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of government planning and management processes. The maximum age limit is 63 years, and preference will be given to those with relevant experience in hydropower.

• Candidates need to fill out the “PEDO Applicant Data Form,” available on the PEDO website at www.pedo.pk. 
• The completed form should be accompanied by attested copies of all necessary documents, such as experience certificates, an updated CV, a copy of CNIC, two passport-size photos, and other supporting documents. These should be submitted to the Director HR/Admin PEDO by September 26, 2024. 
• Applications must be sent via registered courier, and incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, and government employees should apply through the proper channels.
